- All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, surprise nature of Cherished Miracle Beauty Scoops, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- Our Mystery Scoop Structure: The core of our business structure revolves around the fun and surprise of mystery scoops! Because of this, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific, individual items. However, we love personalizing your experience! You are more than welcome to share your favorite colors or request a pass on up to two (2) items (Optional). While our scooper will always try her absolute best to align with your preferences based on our current inventory and availability, please remember that final scoops depend entirely on the type of beads drawn. We cannot guarantee exact items, but we promise to make every scoop special!
- Damaged or Broken Items: If an item arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to replace it!
- Photo Proof Required: To process a replacement, you must email us within 48 hours of package delivery. You must include high-quality, clear photo proof of the damaged item alongside your original packing slip and shipping box.
